Movement Is Medicine Group Medical Visits

  • Virtual Group Medical Visits are a convenient way to see your specialist out of the comfort of your home.  Shared appointments enable several patients to learn and ask questions in a supportive environment.  For many chronic illnesses, guided exercise helps maintain strength, balance and helps with many ailments like insomnia, fatigue, anxiety.  Dr. Halbeisen tailors all exercises individually and creates a space where everyone can feel welcome.  Each class is unique with a different intention - for example, isometrics to help isolate different muscles, glute and hip stabilization, agility work to help prevent falls, vestibular training to help with dizziness and lightheadedness.  There is an additional emphasis on mind-body medicine to help "retrain the brain" and rewire how we feel pain and contextualize our health.


  • Visits are offered four days a week on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.  Please see calendar on booking site for further details.  Patients receive an email zoom link the evening before the visit.


  • If you are not an existing patient of Dr. Halbeisen's, please book a Group Medical New Patient appointment.  This is a 15 min virtual appointment to meet with Dr. Halbeisen and review your medical history and establish care.


  • Insurance is directly billed for these visits.  Dr. Halbeisen currently accepts Medicare/Supplement.
