When the medical situation has become complicated, fragmented, or stalled, a focused Physician Deep Dive can help clarify what matters most and determine the best path forward.
One focused week · $1,500 · No ongoing membership required.
You may already have excellent physicians, specialists, and therapists involved—but no one person has the time or responsibility to review the entire situation. Symptoms may cross several specialties, recommendations may conflict, and despite considerable effort, the path forward may remain unclear.
The Deep Dive is a valuable standalone physician engagement. It is not simply a trial of concierge care.
Dr. Halbeisen is board-certified in Emergency Medicine, Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine/OMM, and Sports Medicine. Her role is to bring medical judgment, hands-on assessment, and whole-picture synthesis to a situation that may span several specialties.
During the focused week, the work may include:
• Review of relevant medical records, imaging, medications, prior evaluations, and competing recommendations
• A detailed physician consultation and hands-on medical and osteopathic examination when appropriate
• Medical and musculoskeletal synthesis across the whole picture
• Identification of the most important unanswered questions
• A prioritized plan for next steps
• An honest assessment of whether Dr. Halbeisen is the appropriate physician to continue helping
This is designed for non-emergency situations. It does not promise pain relief, a definitive diagnosis, or successful treatment.
The goal is not to force a particular outcome. By the end of the week, possible next steps may include:
• A recommendation for the appropriate specialist or additional evaluation
• Continued office-based care
• A transition to ongoing private medical care when sustained coordination is needed
• Honest guidance that another physician or service would be a better fit
The week also gives the patient or family and Dr. Halbeisen an opportunity to determine whether ongoing private care would be useful and whether the relationship is a good mutual fit. Ongoing concierge care is a separate decision and is never required.
